Terms of Service

By using LuxStay PH you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they cover bookings, payments, cancellations, and the limits of our responsibility.

1. Bookings

LuxStay PH acts as a booking platform for selected hotels and tour operators. When you confirm a booking and submit payment proof, you create a contract with the relevant partner, facilitated by LuxStay PH.

2. Payment & holds

All bookings require bank transfer payment. You may pay the full amount or a 50% down payment to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance settled at check-in. While you complete payment, we hold your room or seat for 15 minutes — after that, availability and pricing may change.

3. Cancellation & rescheduling

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations after that may be non-refundable.
• Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

4. Coupons & discounts

Coupon codes are validated on our server. Only one coupon may be applied per booking. We may withdraw or change coupons at any time.

5. Conduct & accuracy

You agree to provide accurate guest details and respect partner properties and tour operators. We may refuse or cancel bookings made in bad faith.

6. Limitation of liability

LuxStay PH is not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, transport disruption, or partner closures. Where things go wrong, we'll work with the partner to make it right.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.
