This notice explains how LuxStay PH collects, uses, and protects the personal information you share when you browse, book, or contact us.

1. What we collect

• Booking details: name, email, phone, special requests, and travel dates.
• Payment proof: the screenshot or document you upload to verify payment.
• Technical data: device type, browser, and pages visited (used to improve the site).

2. How we use it

• To process and confirm your booking.
• To verify your bank-transfer payment (full or 50% down payment) and contact you about your reservation.
• To improve our hotel and package recommendations.

3. How we store it

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access policies. Payment proofs are stored in a private location and accessed only by LuxStay PH staff for verification.

4. Who we share it with

Hotel and tour partners receive only the details required to fulfill your booking (name, dates, party size, special requests). We never sell your data.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@luxstayph.com.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies to keep the site working. We do not use advertising trackers.
